Machine the arbor to your correct part holding dimensions. Back off the expansion screw reducing the arbor diameter, position your part on the arbor and retighten.

Chuck the expanding arbor in your machine tool, tighten the expansion screw and the arbor expands by up to .002 in.

Arbors are low carbon steel,
soft for easy machining.
