Autokut® NC 425 is a light colored, mist-suppressed, triple-purpose
oil (headstock, hydraulic, metalworking). This oil contains
a high level of non-staining extreme pressure agent to
permit its use over a wide variety of materials, and over
a wide range of cutting depths, feeds and speeds. Triple-purpose
oil for use as a coolant or cutting fluid as well as a
hydraulic and/or lubricating oil. It is adaptable to both
non-ferrous and ferrous machining operations where staining
is objectionable. The application scope includes turning,
sawing, milling and drilling of non-ferrous metals as
well as some plain carbon steels and free-machining steel
alloys. |

soluble oil which combines the superior cooling characteristics
of a conventional emulsifiable oil with the extreme pressure
properties of a mineral oil cutting lubricant. This product
is formulated from high quality mineral oils, not chlorinated
compounds. In addition to forming very stable emulsions,
contains extreme pressure additives which permit its use
in many machining operations where the lubrication requirements
are too severe for regular soluble oils. It is well suited
for automatic screw machines where a single cutting fluid
may be required to function in a wide variety of operations
involving both non-ferrous and ferrous metals. |

are unique heavy-duty, synthetic coolant concentrates
containing lubricity agents, anti-corrosion additives
and other components to satisfy the demands of today's
high-performance machining operations. Well diluted with
water in the proper concentrations, these premium products
function as heavyduty cutting fluids. Containing no oil,
these fluids show distinct advantages over the more conventional
“soluble” or “emulsifiable” cutting oils commonly used
in industry, particularly in the areas of: (1) Ease of
mixing and clean-up, (2) Improved solution stability,
(3) Freedom from odor and rancidity, (4) Heat transfer,
(5) Work face visibility.
CITCOOL 33 is designed primarily for use in machining
ferrous metals and their alloys and stainless steels.
It is non-corrosive to brass and copper and may be used
in metalworking processes with these metals. It is not
recommended for use in the machining of aluminum, magnesium
and their alloys due to possible staining. |
