All of these flexible abrasive cords & tapes can be used by hand. However, the 48 can also be used with speed chucks, drills & other power tools. It can finish hard-to-reach places that are inaccessible to most conventional tools. Deburr, grind & polish holes, slots, grooves, curved and carved surfaces by hand. Use the flat tapes or round abrasive cords on metal, plastic or wood.
